Evocity Internet Engineering fees are competitive and suited to the needs of small to medium businesses.  So that we may provide service excellence our clients deserve, we post our billing policies and practices as follows:

Web development and updates are billed in six-minute increments with an 18 minute (.3 hours) minimum per update.

Decimal hours appear on Evocity invoices and statements (six minutes equals .1 (one tenth) of one hour). Invoices are prepared and mailed each Wednesday for work performed during the previous seven days.

Evocity assists its clients via phone with the following products:  Microsoft Word, Access, FrontPage, Outlook and Outlook Express, Norton Systemworks and Anti-Virus products.

On-site training and client-requested meetings are invoiced at the client's hourly rate plus travel time and related expenses. Requests to review information or interact with outside agencies are considered billable time.

Evocity invoices are due upon receipt and payment is expected within twenty-one (21) days.  Invoices unpaid after 30 days are assesed a late fee of $30. Deactivation of  the customer's website is possible until payment in full is received.  We understand the occasional oversight, just contact us for assistance.

Disputed invoices shall not result in a termination of service.  To dispute an invoice, a client must notify us in writing within ten (10) days of the invoice date.
